Peninsula players in regional championships
Peninsula Junior Touch players Sam Flakus, Sean Bullen, Tyrone Dorrell and Zane Smith have represented the Hunter Western Hornets at the regional championship in Orange.
Sam and the Under-14 Boys were victorious in the grand final against the Sydney Mets 5-3 where Sam was named Player's Player and selected in the NSW 14 Boys merit side.
The Under-16 Boys made it to the grand final against Sydney Mets, but went down 6-5.
Zane was awarded the 16 Boys Coaches Award.
