Cannot afford dog walker

In regard to Gosford Council investigating a fenced dog area on the Peninsula (Peninsula News, August 23) I think I speak for a lot of the older residents on the Peninsula with health problems who can no longer walk their dog.

I love my dog too much to re-home it.

For those who have disabilities like me, their dog is their only company and they cannot afford a dog walker.
