Sale features art and craft
A sale featuring oil and silk paintings, mixed media and folk and porcelain art by three Ettalong artists, Josette Guimbeau, Jill Wilson and Robin Robins, will be held on Sunday, November 13..
Ms Wilson and Ms Robins are sisters who moved to the Central Coast 17 years ago.
Ms Robins is an experienced artist, who has been painting for over 25 years and specialises in oil landscapes and seascapes.
Mr Robins grew up in the Australian outback and said she is inspired by the Australian colours.
Ms Wilson will display her hand painted silk scarves, folk-art and gift cards at the stall.
Ms Guimbeau began working with art over seven years ago when she moved to the Central Coast from Sydney.
Her art works can be described as post modern, abstract art in mixed media.
She uses oil, acrylic, pastel, watercolour, spray paint, bitumen, tiling filler, foil glue and any other material that may be deemed appropriate to create her unique style.
Ms Guimbeau said her passion is discovering new techniques which have no boundaries.
Artists Claire Pansini and Margaret Towler will also display their wares at the stall.
The sale will be held at 32 Bream Rd, Ettalong, on Sunday, November 13, from 9am to 4pm.
