Years 3 and 5 combine

Woy Woy Public School has been forced to restructure its classes by moving selected Year 3 students into the Year 5 class of Mr Julian Mostert.

The incorporation of Year 3 students and students from the class of 5M came about because of overcrowding in Year 3 and a low number of students in 5M.

Woy Woy Public School principal Mr Warwick Hannon said he did not expect the combination of the two years to be a problem for Year 5.

"And the inclusion of the Year 3 students will be advantageous to them and will have little effect on the operation of the current class management," he said.

"Mr Mostert is looking forward to teaching his new class."
