Tiling retailer wins specialist retail business award

A local tiling retailer has won the Outstanding Specialist Retail Business of the Year award at the Local Business Awards for the Central Coast held at Mingara on September 4.

My Tile Co of Woy Woy won the award in private competition organised by Precedent Productions.

Finalists are selected based on the number of nominations they receive.

Businesses are judged against criteria which includes information provided by each finalist, and their online presence.

"This well-defined process has been developed to ensure that the judging process is fair for any size or type of business," according to the organisers.

My Tile Co promotes itself as a one-stop shop for tiling, waterproofing and renovating.

"Our friendly and professional team comes with over 40 years of combined experience in the building and renovation industry and a sales team with a passion for tiles and design like no other," said owner Mr Jaiman Dibben.

"We have created a welcoming and personal space where you can enter with your ideas and visions and leave with confidence that your project will be everything you imagined.

"We started with a tiling and waterproofing supply store early 2019 just before the global pandemic which eventually grew into a tile shop, showroom and bathroom centre."

Pictured with their award are MyTile Co staff members Mr Haydn Grainier, Ms Cristina Linea, owners Mr and Ms Jaiman and Kiera Dibben, and MsSamantha Bennett.
