Fire brigade holds session for trainees
The Patonga Volunteer Rural Bush Fire Brigade has held a session for new trainees about fire behaviour and attack lines.
The brigade now has another couple of recruits ready for the next assessment course.
Anyone interested in joining is asked to get in touch and "learn some valuable skills".
"It's not just about fires, we train for floods, fallen trees and community events to mention a few."
