Umina results from Masters surf life saving competition
Umina Surf Life Saving Club has announced club results of Masters competition in the NSW Surf Life Saving Championships.
Second places were won by Jason Tucker in the 50-54 years male 2km beach run and by Christine Bishop in the 50-54 years female 2km beach run.
Third places were won by Natasha Cogle in the 40-44 years female 2km beach run, Jennifer Darwin in the 50-54 years female single ski and Deb Braddish in the 60-64 years female beach sprint.
Fourth places were won by Justyn Simonet in the 35-39 years male 2km beach run, the Umina team (Debra Braddish, Natasha Cogle, Jennifer Darwin and Christine Bishop) in the 170 years min female beach relay, Jennifer Darwin in the 50-54 years female board race and Natasha Cogle and Jennifer Darwin in the 40-44 years female board rescue.
Fifth places were won by Natasha Cogle in the 40-44 years female beach flags, Jennifer Darwin in the 50-54 years female Ironperson and Deb Braddish in the 60-64 years female beach flags.
Sixth places were won by the Umina team (Christine Bishop, Natasha Cogle and Jennifer Darwin) in the 130 years min female Taplin and by Scott Micallef in the 45-49 years male beach flags.
Seventh places went to Justyn Simonet in the 35-39 years male beach flags and in the 35-39 years male beach sprint and to the Umina team (Steve Murphy, Scott Micallef, Justyn Simonet and Jason Tucker) in the 170 years min male beach relay.
Eighth places were won by Natasha Cogle in the 40-44 years female beach sprint, Jason Tucker in the 50-54 years male beach flags and Christine Bishop in the 50-54 years female single ski.
Christine Bishop came ninth in the 50-54 years female beach flags.
Steve Murphy came 10th in the 55-59 years male board race.
Natasha Cogle came 11th in the 40-44 years female surf race and Steve Murphy came 11th in the 55-59 years male single ski.
The Umina team of Steven Murphy, Justyn Simonet and Scott Micallef came 12th in the 130 years min male board relay.
Christine Bishop came 12th in the 50-54 years female board race.
Scott Micallef came 14th in the 45-49 years male board race and 15th in the 45-49 years male surf race.
Jennifer Darwin came 19th in the 50-59 years female surf race.
