New judo class to focus on competitions
Woy Woy Judo Club has announced a new class that will focus on competitions.
The class aims to help those who wish to understand how a judo competition works.
They will include terminology, rules, and mock matches to help prepare and understand a key element of judo.
They will be held 5pm to 6:30pm until the Central Coast open competition starts in May.
