Environment day at Pretty Beach

Pretty Beach Public School will hold an environment day on Wednesday, May 31.

"This is an all-day event where the children of the school, along with parents, teachers and other community members will spend the day on environmental activities," said school liaison officers Ms Rosina Schinella.

She said the school was committed to being an environmental school that exemplified all aspects of living in harmony with one's environment.

A fireworks night will be held on Saturday, June 9, between 3.30pm and 6pm, to raise funds for the school.

"We have show bags for sale, along with a barbecue, soups and damper, cakes, tea and coffee."
