Kingfisher Carnival held at Umina
Members from many Central Coast clubs took part in the 53rd Umina Beach Men's Bowling Club's Men's Kingfisher Carnival held over two days.
The winners were Bill Gardiner, Kevin Wilson and Ryan McDonnell of Ourimbah 5W + 33.
Second place went to Peter Beverage, Gary Gennesy and Danny Bjedov of Ettalong 5W +24.
Third place went to Andrew Kenney, Kody Rickit and Greg Shirley of Umina 5W +21.
Fourth place went to Rob Knight, John Raisborough and Dave Cox of Ettalong 5W +15.
Fifth place was won by Trevor Grover, Harry Moss and Rod Rewko of Bateau Bay 5W +9.
Consolation prize was won by Grant Ambrose, Paul Trig and Mark Connell of Umina.
Umina Beach Women's Kingfisher was held on Monday 21st July.
First was the Everglades team of D McInnes, G Baxter, K Eagleson and V Redrup.
Second was another Everglades team of R Farkash, H Cooper, M Jackson and B McFarlane.
Third was the Umina Beach side of Y Gordon, M Kelso, G Jarratt and J Murphy.
Fourth was Umina Beach side of J Brown, P Fishenden, J Moroney and L Gordon.
Mystery prize winners was Ettalong side of C Sullivan, L Peters, J Paris and J Rogers.
The Kingfisher Carnival finished with the Mixed Carnival, in glorious sunshine on Wednesday, July 23.
Winners were Christine Sullivan, Barry Sullivan and Ted Adams (Ettalong) 3W +15.
Second were Deb Moore, Phil Sillick and Ben Taylor (Umina) 2W +24.
Third were Robin Brown, Tracey Gillante and Ryan McDonnell (Composite) 2W +19.
Fourth were Meena Kelso, Brandon Fraser and Kody Rickit (Umina) 2W + 15.
Consolation prizes went to John Bye, Natasha McDowell and Don Stephens and to Kerry Yates, Pam Fishendan and Gary Yates.
