Rotary club represented at district changeover
The Rotary Club of Brisbane Water has been represented at the District Changeover on Saturday, July 1.
Outgoing district governor Ms Mina Howard welcomed incoming district governor Ms Christine Owen.
Ms Owen talked of her aspirations for her year and the district theme of "Saying no to domestic and family violence".
