New maths game trialled
Two classes from Woy Woy Public School were given the opportunity to work with a technology entrepreneur to trial a new maths game recently.
Isuru visited the school each Tuesday to teach students how to play his game called Pocket Chef.
The aim of the game was to teach students addition facts while they ran a virtual restaurant.
Players received a customer order, filled the order and attached a price tag before sending out the completed order.
Woy Woy Public School students enjoyed their sessions with Isuru and completed record numbers of additions.
