Market day at Wagstaffe

The Wagstaffe-Killcare Community Association will hold a Trash and Treasure Market Day at Wagstaffe Hall on Easter Sunday, April 11.

Vice-president Ms Robyn Warburton said the annual event was sure to attract many bargain hunters to the area.

"This is a popular annual event to raise money to improve community facilities," Ms Warburton said.

"Last year we raised over $4000.

"All goods are donated by the community as a huge recycling project which is also lots of fun.

"It takes place irrespective of the weather and the hall is always crowded with an amazing variety of bargains including $2 boxes in the last hour."

The market day will open from 9am until 1pm.
