Peter Kinch performs at concert

The Peter Kinch Jazz Band will be presenting an afternoon of "jazz for every taste" on Sunday, June 19 at 2pm as part of the Bouddi Society's Sunday Afternoon by the Bay concerts.

The event will take place at the Wagstaffe Hall and will feature Killcare jazz musician, guitarist and teacher Mr Peter Kinch, vocalist Sue Frazer and guest artists on keyboard, bass, drums and saxophone.

Mr Kinch has performed at the Montreaux Jazz Festival on the shores of Lake Geneva and at The Basement in Sydney.

The band will play songs originally performed by Billy Holiday, Nina Simone and Ella Fitzgerald.

Proceeds from the event go to the local Walsingham Community Preschool and to the wildlife rescue service Wires Central Coast.

Entry is $15 which includes drinks and nibbles.
