New restaurant for Hardy's Bay

The Hardy's Bay RSL and Citizens Club has announced the opening of a new restaurant at the club, The Heath Restaurant.

Club president Derek Wadely and CEO Tony Smith stated they were happy to secure the services of chef Scott Mcfadyen.

Mr Mcfadyen started his career with Armstrong's restaurant in North Sydney.

Mr Mcfadyen will lead an experienced team in delivering "quality up market Australian cuisine", according to the club officials.

The Heath Restaurant will offer a variety of meat, poultry and seafood dishes and specials of the day.

The Heath is open for lunch seven days a week with dinner Wednesdays to Sundays.
