Forget Me Not cafe at Umina today
The Rotary Club of Brisbane Water will hold its next Forget Me Not cafe at Umina CWA hall on February 22.
"Our community cafe is for people living with dementia and their carers," said club president Mr Peter Mote.
"The cafe creates opportunities for people to connect with others who understand what they are going through, and by attending feel much more socially supported.
"The cafe is designed to be a safe and welcoming social get-together.
"We were greatly encouraged by the success of the first cafe."
