Marina closure will not affect ferry service
The closure of the Empire Bay marina, where the ferries for the Davistown service from Woy Woy are moored, will not affect the ferry service, according to Central Coast Ferries.
"We are relocating all three ferries, all within Cockle Channel, over the next four weeks," said owner Ms Bets Conway.
"This is temporary until the site at Empire Bay has been assessed.
"Once this process has taken place, we will be seeking more permanent solutions.
"We want to reassure everyone that the Ferry Service will not be disrupted.
"It is business as usual."
