New gym program at Woy Woy South

Students at Woy Woy South Public School are set to start a new gymnastics and athletics program this term as part of the Sports in Schools Australia program.

"Sport in Schools Australia, known as SISA, is one the largest outsourcing providers within the Australian education system," according to principal Mr Matt Barr.

"SISA has been operating in NSW for the past 14 years and is focused on primary school education only and relates directly to the PDHPE component of the K-6 syllabus.

"SISA will start again this term for students in Years 3 to 6."
