Swans to hold Pink Socks Day
The Peninsula Swans Australian Football League Club are holding a Pink Socks Day to raise money for the Jane McGrath Foundation on May 12.
The Swans will be donning their socks during their clash with the Saratoga Hawks at Rogers Park and the club hopes to see as many supporters as possible on the day.
"We have also asked the Hawks to wear pink socks this year and they have agreed," said club secretary Ms Cherie Cattley.
"It should be a great day with raffles and a cake stall to also assist in raising more money than last year."
Last year the club raised $600 and hopes beat that figure this year.
