Arts business plans have been submitted
Bruce Hyland wrote (Civic facilities needed for socially-aware community, Peninsula News edition 457) that we need to see a business plan for a performing arts centre before we commit to one.
Past president of the Friends of the Performing Arts Precinct, Dr Mark Thomas confirmed at the annual general meeting on November 17 that a number of definite business plans were submitted to Gosford Council over the last number of years.
It has been a matter of frustration for the Friends that these have not progressed.
All related documents have been passed on to current president Barney Waters.
