Puzzled by bribe

We are puzzled by the article on the front page of the last Peninsula News.

The Herald told us that people from the Central Coast and up and down the coast from Newcastle to Wollongong could get the bribe if they were willing to go to the regions.

We got the view that Holstein was saying that people could get the bribe to come to the Peninsula.

Perhaps we misread it.
