Cultural golf trip

The Dirty Dozen and fellow Everglades Golfers went Port Stephens on the Queen's Birthday weekend for their annual cultural golf trip.

Some success was had on the golf course with Shane Smiff winning the A Grade on the Saturday and coming fourth overall.

Alan "Porky" Young won the B Grade on Saturday and was fourth overall and also took the big money in the internal competition.

Brendan "Snooksie" James won the Nearest the Pin on both days on the same hole.

Jeffrey "Brains" Kime easily won the "Smart Beans Trophy" for his humanitarian efforts on behalf of the homeless.
