No parking in Edward St?
Gosford Council's Road Safety and Traffic Unit will investigate installing No Parking signs in Edward St, Woy Woy, following a petition from seven local residents.
The petitioners requested the signs be installed between Melba and Piper Sts.
They said that cars parked on both sides of the road caused it to become so narrow that vehicles were forced to drive down the centre of the road.
Petitioners said they believed a serious accident could occur as the road had become very dangerous given the amount of traffic using the road to access the shopping centre.
