Volunteers wanted for theatre working bee

Woy Woy Little Theatre is currently looking for volunteers and members to help out with its next production, The Unexpected Guest.

The Little Theatre wants help at its working bees and its "bump-in".

Working bees are relaxed, sociable days where the set is constructed and painted, according to Rosemary Parsons.

She said that people could drop in for an hour or two and no building skill was required.

All helpers were invited to the free preview night.

The "bump-in" was when the set was put into place.

Helpers were required to drill, sew, sweep, make things, or hold things in place.

The working bees will be held on Saturdays and Sundays, September 24 and 25, and October 8 and 9.

They will be held at Woy Woy Public School.

The bump-in will be held on Saturday, October 15, at 10am and Sunday, October 16, at 11am at the Peninsula Theatre.

For more information contact operations manager, Mr Barrie McKeowen on 4341 6179.
