Wendy is Employee of the Quarter
A local registered club has started an "Employee of the Quarter" award.
The first to receive the award from Ettalong Diggers Club was Ms Wendy Angus.
Wendy received four nominations during the voting period from her peers, as well as being recognised for effective leadership by the club's management team.
One nomination noted "Wendy consistently performing to expectations, and sets an example for what is expected from the team".
"She works quietly and diligently, is respectful to customers and her peers alike and is also respected in return.
"She actively listens and contributes to conversation both on a personal and business level."
