Residents are completely ignored

Recently, Central Coast Council upgraded a factory area in Mutu St, Woy Woy, with kerb and guttering, new road bitumen, parking bays, driveways and footpaths.

Yet, about two years ago, other streets nearby got only a second-rate upgrade and those local roads should have been fixed before a factory area.

People have to walk on those roads and take the risk of being rundown by a car.

Another reason for concern is the successful application for development on the corner of Ocean Beach Rd and Waratah Ave, Woy Woy.

It's a three-storey building, but four stories high if you count the height of the roof.

Council seems to break all the guidelines, as evident in another development at Ettalong, to please the developers who completely ignore the residents who have to live with some of these atrocities.
