Lions provide special chair for Ettalong boy
Woy Woy Peninsula Lions Club have provided a special chair for an Ettalong boy suffering cerebral palsy.
Working with the Australian Lions Foundation, PME Group Limited, Medix21 and the manufacturing company Rifton, the club delivered a Rifto Activity Chair to five-year-old Sullivan Shonberg.
"This chair allows him to sit upright during mealtimes and will help to teach him to stand up from a sitting position," said Lions Club president Mr Ian Taylor.
"Our club was approached by the Cerebral Palsy Alliance who assist Sullivan and his family.
"His parents and Sullivan were very appreciative of the support given to them by all who made this happen," he said.
