Defend our heritage

In the last edition of the Peninsula News, there was another two letters warning of the dreadful consequences of allowing a McDonalds restaurant to open in our fair village.

While the majority may think the letters hysterical and uninformed, I take them both seriously.

We must take action immediately.

Let us therefore, good citizens, to the barricades, (in West St of course) and defend our cultural heritage before all is lost.
