Maroon day
Pretty Beach Public School has raised $175 in a maroon mufti day held on Thursday, February 17.
"Thanks to the many students who wore maroon clothes as a sign of respect and remembrance for the recent Queensland flood victims," said principal Ms Deborah Callender.
At 1pm, the school assembled together for a minute of silence as a sign of respect.
