More street trees

The Mayor of Gosford, Laurie Maher, wants to plant more street trees along Ocean Beach Rd.

Great idea!

Maybe he is feeling guilty for all the trees that have been destroyed across the Peninsula under his watch.

But sadly, no, Laurie hasn't seen the error in his ways.

He just wants to keep up with the mayor of Edogawa.

Why bother with those pesky trees?

If they aren't ripped out by the RTA, they will just fall on cars and people and cost the council money.

And we all know how frugal Gosford Council is when it comes to saving money, especially where water is involved.
