A catamaran capsized 500m off Killcare Beach about 2pm on Sunday, June 10.

Terrigal Sea Rescue and Broken Bay water police were alerted to the capsized boat by onlookers.

Hundreds of medical forms revealing personal information of children have been found left strewn around a Umina Beach sports ground.

The forms, bearing the names, addresses, phone numbers, medical histories and Medicare numbers of Woy Woy Peninsula Little Athletics Club members, were found at McEvoy Athletic Field by resident Tony Fuary.

After 14 weeks in her care, Sebastian the pelican was released on the Woy Woy breeding island near where he was found washed up, cold and alone in March.

Brisbane Water Secondary College Umina Campus scored a golden goal win against Erina in the district final of the Bill Turner Cup at Bateau Bay recently.

Goalkeeper Jay Pilson made a number of saves and striker Matt Goodwin scored the only goal in extra time as Brisbane Water edged out a gallant Erina 1 to 0.
