Parents join school council

Two parents will be appointed to the Umina Public School Council without election, following the close of nominations.

School principal Mr John Blair said that as only two nominations were received there would be no need for an election.

"The parents who will now join the Umina Public School Council are Mrs Leanne Anderson and Mrs Catherine Serventy," Mr Blair said.

"Both of these ladies have spent many hours over a number of years involved with eduction at Umina Public School and will certainly be welcome new members on our school council."
