Sent to council

A copy of a petition containing over 1000 signatures has been sent to Gosford Council's development department, according to a recent report to Gosford Council.

At council's meeting of May 2, Cr Terri Latella had asked what happens to a petition of such a size "that has reflected the community in relation to highrise".

The staff report stated that the petition had actually been sent to the Minister of Planning and council had only received a copy, which was sent to the development department.
