An Ettalong Beach real estate agency has won in a category of the chain's state awards.

Laing+Simmons Ettalong Beach has won the title of NSWs' best property management office.

The major prize was accepted by June and James Wester at the Laing+Simmons awards night on Saturday, August 6.

Mr Webster said the award reflected the Ettalong Beach team's hard work and dedication over the past year.

"I speak for everyone at the team at Ettalong Beach in saying that our landlords and tenants are our top priority and biggest incentive for providing the best-possible service," Mr Webster said.

"However, it is still a terrific achievement to be recognised by the Laing+Simmons network.

"We are honoured to receive the award."

Principal of Laing+Simmons Ettalong Beach Mr Ray Dearlove said: "I am extremely proud of everyone in our talented team of professionals.

"This is a fitting reward for June and James."

General manager of the Laing+Simmons group, Ms Leanne Pilkington, said the Ettalong Beach team had set fresh benchmarks for the group.

"Our Ettalong Beach office has provided a leading example of exceptional client service, and this award is indicative of their strong track record in property management," Ms Pilkington said.
