Events cancelled, postponed and proceeding

Several events have been cancelled or postponed at Umina Beach Public School.

Events cancelled are the Splash-A-Thon, Year 3 Cultural Day, Year 2 Swim School, Kindergarten Fun Day and this year's Cross Country.

The Year 4 Sydney excursion has been postponed.

Picture Day, Harmony Day and the Stage 1 Teddy Bears Picnic will all proceed as planned, with the latter two modified to accommodate current restrictions around social distancing.

Principal Ms Lyn Davis said the school would remain fully operational and would be providing regular updates to the community via the school's social media and through take home notes as the situation develops.
