Student wanted to fill secretarial role

The Bays Community Group is looking for a local high school student to fill a secretarial role for the group.

President Ms Cathy Gleeson said the group wanted a senior school student undertaking a school based traineeship in administration or a community service program."

The student would help to fill the role of secretary, working "with some inspiring Bays board members in the governance and operation of a non-profit organisation".

It would involve only three to four hours a month, Ms Gleeson said.

Committee meetings were held in the Woy Woy Bay Community Hall on the first Monday of each month at 7pm.

Any local students interested in the opportunity should contact Ms Gleeson through The Bays Community Group.
