Anzac service at Empire Bay cenotaph

Empire Bay Progress Association will conduct its annual Anzac Day service at the cenotaph at Empire Bay between 11am and 12pm.

Kendall Rd will be closed for the hour at the corner of Shelly Beach Road, and Sorrento Rd will be closed on the cenotaph side of the Empire Bay Cellars for the same time.

The service will include a flag ceremony, a wreath laying, singing and several speeches.

The service regularly attracts 500 to 600 attendees and has been a tradition in Empire Bay for 20 years.
