Melbourne Storm play at Woy Woy
The Central Coast Centurions Matthews Cup rugby league team played Melbourne Storm in humid conditions at Woy Woy Oval on Saturday, March 16, with Central Coast winning 46-6.
Erina five eight Matt Downey contributed a try and seven goals to the win.
The Centurions were missing half and captain Ethan Fortis due to injury yet both Downey and replacement number seven Liam Swan were able to control both sides of the ruck.
Hooker Daniel Peck was the standout player on the field and his weaving darts out of dummy half had Storm defenders back-pedalling all afternoon.
