School has 'borrow buddies' to comfort students
St John the Baptist Catholic Primary School now has a collection of hand-made "Borrow Buddies" to comfort students during their school day.
The "beautiful collection of toys" was made by a mother of two students, who donated them to the school, said principal Ms Nicole Davies.
"They are truly incredible.
"Our staff will be using these Borrow Buddies at their discretion, for students that might need a little extra help or comfort during their day at school.
"All Borrowed Buddies are to be returned to the office Buddy Tub at the end of each day.
