Refuges endorsed

Gosford Council has resolved to endorse three pedestrian refuges on the Peninsula, recommended in the Peninsula Pedestrian Access Mobility Plan.

A site inspection by council's traffic committee indicated that the refuge locations, in Broken Bay Rd at the intersection of Ocean View Rd, in Rawson Rd at its intersection with Ocean Beach Rd and Sydney Ave at its intersection with Ocean Beach Rd, were satisfactory.

The committee had previously deferred the matter to allow the site inspection.
