Correction

In edition 119 of Peninsula News it was stated that OAM awardee Mr Bryce Matthews held the position of Vice President of the Returned and Services League of Australia at the national level.

While Mr Matthews has held positions at national and international levels with the National Malaya and Borneo Veterans Association, his involvement with the Returned and Services League Australia has always been at sub-branch level, namely with Woy Woy Ettalong Hardys Bay RSL Sub-branch located at Ettalong.

The error was due to a misprint in a press release from Mr Malcolm Hazell, the official secretary to the Governor-General.
