Report lists five approvals with planning variations

Five development applications have been listed in a Council report of "Variations to Development Standards" as being approved in the first six months of the year.

The five applications are DA58744 at 56 The Esplanade, Ettalong: DA59209 at 56 Springwood St, Ettalong; DA59800 at 54 Timbertop Dr, Umina; DA60535 at 119 Woy Woy Rd, Woy Woy; and DA60983 at 2 Wattle Cr, Phegans Bay.

The variations included building height, setbacks, site size or slope and floor space ratio.
