Best of friends
Aged care resident Ms Shirley Duignan, aged 86, and her daughter's dog Jazzy, aged 21, are best friends, according to daughter Ms Tracey Duignan.
And, with a policy of encouraging "pet therapy" at Peninsula Village, Jazzy was more than welcome to visit with her owner.
Pet therapy is one of the favourite activities of Peninsula Villages residents, according to chief executive Mr Shane Neaves.
"I think the same can be said for the gorgeous animals who enjoy receiving tonnes of cuddles every time they visit."
