New formula needed

The Waterfront Action Group has done an enormous amount of work to arrive at a formula that provides a fair market rent for mud and water in waterfront leases.

The formula used by the previous state government created a heavily distorted and overvalued rental charges.

It is up to IPART to do its job and recommend a new fair rental formula.
