Great entertainment
Further to Bill Flynn's letter about the entertainment at the Old Woy Woy pub: What great entertainment - live, recognisable music, beautifully-played.
The great banjo player Bill Baird was world class.
There were wonderful singers, including singing barmaid Mrs McCrae, and a talent quest of the best on the Peninsula.
A lively spoon player, musical saw and Mr Thompson who used to build match stick castles.
All were supervised by our natty and dashing host Jim O'Donnell.
It was truly a feast of entertainment for our friends and neighbors, locals and visitors alike.
