Complaints not dealt with

One reason for serial complaining is that the issues are not dealt with in a satisfactory manner.

More often than not their complaints are not recognised, even by a brief note to say I have received your complaint.

I certainly agree there would be a lot of complaints forwarded to Gosford Council, but the resolution as to why and how to deal with unsatisfactory or no reply is for another day.
