Course for swimming teachers

Two training courses for swimming teachers will be held at the Peninsula Leisure Centre before the end of the year.

The centre would hold Austswim swimming instructor training courses on October 25 and 26, and again on December 13 and 14, according to marketing coordinator Ms Karina Van Den Heuvel.

Participants will be required to complete both practical and written components to qualify as a swimming instructor.
