School mourns loss

Empire Bay Public School is mourning the loss of former student Ms Joyce Langford.

School principal Ms Sharon McEvoy said Ms Langford attended the school's 125th anniversary celebrations last year.

"Our deepest sympathy goes to her family at this difficult time," Ms McEvoy said.

Ms Langford was a member of the Bensville Ladies Social Group and was actively involved in charity work for the group.
