Units planned near cemetery site

Gosford Council's Environmental Heritage Committee has stated it has no objection to a proposed six-unit development adjacent to the Booker Bay Cemetery Site.

The history of the Booker Bay Cemetery Site will be investigated to establish whether the site has, or had been dedicated, as a burial ground.

The item was discussed at the committee's meeting of May 11.
