New shop at country club

Work on the new shop at Everglades Country Club's is nearly completed, according to club secretary-manager Mr Wayne Dean.

Mr Dean said the new shop would provide a much improved take-away liquor facility and would also stock other merchandise which the club was previously unable to display and sell to members.

Arrangements have been made to stock a wide range of bottle beer, red and white wines, spirits and liqueurs.
